Arriving in Canada in 1993, the couple began marketing Latin American cheeses in 2005. Faced with the growing success of their products, in 2011 he decided to build their own cheese dairy. Happy with their success, the couple is proud to see their four daughters, all born in Quebec, actively participate in the success of the business.
