- ¾ cup cornstarch
- ¼ cup cassava flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 cup costeno cheese

- 2 eggs
- ¼ tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- A pinch of salt

- Remove the balls from the oil and drain them well on a plate covered with absorbent paper. All you have to do is serve them.
