Nachos with meat and Mexican Cream Rumba.
Ingredients
- Ground meat
- White onion
- Cilantro
- Red and yellow peppers
- Salt to taste
- Paprika
- Mexican Cream Rumba
Preparation
- Heat the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Use a spatula to chop the meat. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and discard liquid from pan and return to stove. Add salt to taste, diced white onion, chopped cilantro and paprika to taste.
- Put the nachos on a plate and pour the ground beef. Add red and yellow peppers cut into rectangles.
