Nachos with meat and Mexican Cream Rumba.


  • Ground meat
  • White onion
  • Cilantro
  • Red and yellow peppers
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika
  • Mexican Cream Rumba


  1. Heat the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Use a spatula to chop the meat. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and discard liquid from pan and return to stove. Add salt to taste, diced white onion, chopped cilantro and paprika to taste.
  2. Put the nachos on a plate and pour the ground beef. Add red and yellow peppers cut into rectangles.
